This year, the carnival will return to its more familiar placement beyond 6th Street on Central.Īllgood said she received feedback from the public indicating that Citians enjoyed the view of Central Avenue ending at the carnival. Last year, the carnival was placed away from Central Avenue on sites that included the sunken parking lot. Notes from that first weekend include this year’s placement of the carnival. The first weekend of the AppleJack celebration, which includes staple events like the Saturday Parade and the Sunday Car Show will take place Sept.17 and 18.
